The property was exceptionally clean for Japanese standard. The view was great and also the big bath tub on the top floor with a view was quite a nice surprise.

Wonderful rooms, excellent service and staff, close to Main Street. Really good breakfast. The bath at top floor is good but a little small for a hotel of this scale. If you don’t drive, buses are not reliable at all, making it difficult to get around (problem with Amami in general). Still, I came at a time when costs are affordable so the hotel is very good for me.

Not a good service helping with tours

Good location, but could be even closer to the main attractions. Plus, the hotel could be more helpful booking the tours in the city. The staff was not willing to help me, and just told me to check the available panflets

両親が来島した際に宿泊しました。客室やロビーの設備は新しく清潔でとても快適に過ごせたようです。 唯一、両親は無類のパン好きなのですが、朝食ブュッフェのパンがあまり美味しくなかったとのことで星を１つ減らしましたが、本当にそれ以外は完璧でした！また利用したいと思います。

部屋もとても綺麗でお風呂とトイレがセパレートになっていたので小さな子供連れにはとても助かりました！大浴場もありましたが人数が多い時とかは部屋のお風呂の方が落ち着いて入れると思います。朝ごはんもご当地グルメが色々ありとてもおいしかったです！ 電子レンジ、お酒の自販機、製氷機もありました！夫は氷をいれるカップが硬めでとても喜んでいました！ とても満足なホテルでしたがしいていうなら部屋の冷蔵庫が少し小さかったくらいです！

立地もよく、ホテルも綺麗で、スタッフさんの対応はとても丁寧で満足です。洗濯機も乾燥機も無料で使えて最高でした。 1つ気になったのが、大浴場(女性)の脱衣所の床と洗面台に落ちている大量の髪の毛です。そこらじゅうが髪の毛でしたので、置いてあったクイックルワイパーやティッシュで掃除させていただきました。セルフでの掃除を求められているのかもしれませんが、あの状態を見る限り、もう少し頻繁にホテルの方で清掃に入っていただいた方がいいのかなと思いました。それ以外の場所(部屋など)はどこも清潔感があり、よかったです！ありがとうございました！
