Bright White Beach House, Just a Short Stroll to Ocean- A Sunset to End Everyday
- This clean, bright, and airy beach House overlooking Napaegue harbor has everything you need. It is just a short walk across 27A to one of the most beautiful Ocean beaches in the Hamptons. NO need to get in the car or get a beach permit. It is also just a short walk to a large protected harbor that is known for perhaps the best kite surfing in the Northeast. Artists have been coming to this area for years because of the spectacular lighting. The sunsets off the large back deck are amazing and change every night. The Train runs behind the house so no neighbors to the North/West just a great Unobstructed view.
Great Location .....Montauk is is an 8 minute drive and Amagansett is a 7 minute drive away for great shopping and Dinning. Lunch and The Clam Bar...two very popular restaurants are also within walking distance.
The house is set up with 2 master suites; Upstairs you have a queen bed with its own bath and sliders that lead to an outdoor sitting area. Downstairs you have a spacious King bed with it's own bath and Sofa There is also a small bedroom downstairs that has a single twin bed or can be set up for a child's crib. The loft area has a futon/day Bed
The house was a featured property in the NY POST Travel sec. 6/23/09 and has all the best of everything; HDTV, WIFI, Central A/C, Mitchell gold sofas, fine linens and glassware. NO PETS ALLOWED.
