"Great property in a great location"

"I cannot say enough positive things about this house. The house was bright, spacious, with lots of common places to gather while having enough spaces for privacy. The pool was great and very easy for adjusting temperature settings. The location was terrific as well, being very close to the beach and easily accessible to town. We can’t wait to return!"

"We unfortunately had bad weather during our stay but we were cozy in this home which is spacious and conveniently located. For those with kids, there are safety gates and toys available. There’s a lot of outdoor seating and in the summer we look forward to returning to take advantage of the pool. Carter is very responsive - a terrific host!"

"This listing was exactly as described and was a great little apartment in Greenport with everything we needed. About a 10 minute walk to downtown area which was very convenient. It sits on a busy street so there is some noise from the road but it did not bother us too much and the host provided noise machines in the bedrooms which was very helpful. Overall I recommend this apartment and would definitely stay in the future!"

"Great place to stay and hang with a group of close friends. Layout of rooms and open concept worked for our close group of 12. The pool room was a great space to hang after hours with music, pool, and ping pong. The location is close to the Southampton strip of boutiques and local pub as well as the North Fork wineries. Debbie, the property manager, was extremely responsive and the arrival/departure process was super smooth!"

"We had a great time for the month of August. The house is convenient to walk to the beach (especially for early morning dog walk to beach). I appreciate that pets are welcome.
