"Reception closed at 11 and I didn't arrive until 11.20 so had to pay to sleep at a nearby hotel. Company pointed to a phone number for out of hrs but it was AI and didn't help. They also noted an email sent however this didn't help when you can't get in to set up WiFi. Not the staff fault, receptionist ..."
