"Room was perfect with everything we needed. It was clean, staff were helpful, the code system was easy enough and worked for us. There isn’t a full time reception but any problems were addressed via WhatsApp - but when the staff were there during the day, they always answered our questions. Definitely recommend if you want a quiet self-catered stay where you have more space but don’t need the all extras of a hotel. People have mentioned there was construction outside but the rooms seem sound proof as the noise had no impact on our stay."

"Property was perfect, outside the city centre so it’s quiet but there’s a tram station across the street so it’s very easy to accept the city. 2 tram stops away from the aquarium. Property was in perfect condition, I would definitely stay there again. "
