"For the last 6 years, I come down to Fort Meyers to visit a friend and stay at this location while there. I have noticed that the floors in my room are dirty the last couple of years? Disappointed…it would only take a few minutes of effort to make it right? The rest of my room has been fine. It’s pretty obvious. I like the location and the breakfast arrangement is pretty good."

"Do not book this hotel.. i need to be shut down. The area is dirty the room smells like mold. The furnitures are old and rotten. Lots of weed smoking on the compound and i had a flight to catch the following day, i had to keep spray my luggage. This hotel is very tacky and need alot of maintenance. I couldn’t eat in the room it smells so moldy. I booked in a rush and didnt had a chance to read reviews plus i booked the wrong hotel, i should have been the one close to the airport. I said do not book this hotel. I wanted to change hotel and was told i wouldnt get a refund so i toughed it out. Hope to get my deposit back!!!!"
