The rooms were very clean, the only thing missing in the room was a hair dryer, and the parking was very far from our room plus we had to climb stairs.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,005 reviews)
Front desk staff were amazing so were the bar staff, and cleaning staff. The valet wasn’t at the front door so that defeated the point. I used SpotHero and booked a private covered space. Bar staff at the pool was not properly supported. My view out the balcony was a wall. Didn’t hate, wouldn’t stay again. Guess which one is the bath towel and which is the bath mat

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,010 reviews)
I had a good stay at the hotel however at check out I had the valet bring my car out front to leave. By the time I get to my car and the valet hands me my keys the key is broken and my car won’t start. I had to get a lock smith to come to the hotel and make a new key, the lock smith explained to management the key had been dropped causing an infrared disconnection. It cost me $600 bucks and management do? Try their very best to avoid responsibility. “Oh maybe it was dropped yesterday and had a delayed reaction” uhh no! There’s no self parking, valet is required and I handed over my keys in working condition. I return to my car and all of a sudden my key doesn’t work and the locksmith explanation is my key was dropped points in one direction pretty clearly to me.

"The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. There were signs for a spa, but none was on the property. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair ..."
