"The hotel provides continental breakfast and a member of our group wanted pancakes however the pancake making machine was out of order. A McDonald’s run for pancakes was made. There are no viable after hour food options for children such as microwave Mac n cheese, etc. We asked for a restock of towels on day 2 and garbage bags. We were told by a housekeeper (2nd floor) that we would receive them shortly. This did not happen. My spouse had to go to housekeeping to request and pick them up himself instead. It took a housekeeper 2 hours to clean a room on our floor. I timed her. The housekeeping supervisor identified gaps in the housekeepers workflow as they used their phones to speak to family at home or use social media instead of completing housekeeping tasks. Our daughter’s bathroom floor had cracked tiles in front of the toilet. This may have created an emergency for those who are barefoot. All in all this was not an exceptional experience that exceeded our expectations however, it could have been worse as the rooms were clean just a bit dated as the table and chairs in our suite were not a set. The chairs sat too low for the table."
