I did feel as though the room was too warm even with the AC on and I wish there was a microwave and ice machine available to guests. I will say that I'm from the US so maybe this is the norm for hotels overseas. I want to mention that although there was not a microwave in my room, the staff was willing to pop the bag of popcorn for me. I was very appreciative for that.
