"Good hotel. The service not so great. The checking process was terrible. I was traveling with my service animal and they didn’t even know how to check me in and the employees were not the best"

"Room had nice view of pools and ocean. Pools were clean and grounds were very tropical and clean. The ocean was clear, clean soft sand beach, plenty of lounge chairs. Loved selection of restaurants and buffet always had good choices. Really enjoyed the nice staff and activities were plentiful for all age groups from kids to teens to adults. Had a lot of fun and enjoyed entertainment too. Room was average but clean. Would enjoy going again! "
