The property had good bones. Just needs a good scrub down and a few new items like drapes, towels etc. the food needed better protection from the elements as most days we were sharing it with the flies. The noise level was ridiculous, literally didn’t sleep for a week. Came home feeling ill from my pressure being so high. And the power kept tripping out. And the people partying till 3 am in the morning was left screaming in the dark. The steps we very tricky, witnessed an elderly lady fall straight on her back. The gift shop took the cake. Bought a pair of shorts, a beach wrap and a beach bag that came up to a whopping $210 all cheap china material. Almost past out when I looked at my credit card bill. Paid in pasos and had no clue. Overall don’t bother sorry to say

No warm water shower was making noise and the Jacuzzi staff wasn’t friendly at all one ask for a late check out they agreed yet the card key wouldn’t open the door so had to go to the lobby so they can reactivate after I went up to the 20th floor
