NEW Lakefront Escape Private Dock & Lake Views

This end unit Siena, is divided over two levels with dedicated parking in the front of the property.

First Floor

• Grill Located on exterior of the entrance of the unit next to the parking area

•Kayaks located on the other end of the complex at the bottom of the stairs and are available on a first come first serve basis.

Siena is located directly on Mt. Major Highway, a bustling road, but we've supplied white noise machines to aid in minimizing any noise disturbance during sleep.

The Siena unit is all yours. Please, make yourself at home.

NOTE: Please remember that you're staying in an apartment unit and there are other renters next door please be respectful.

The two other units share public spaces, and walkways to the docks.

Please remember that you're staying in a house. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

Pet Policy: Please let us know if your furry friend will be joining you during your stay. We ask that you keep your pet leashed while outside at all times and that you pick up after your pet.

We had a great stay at the cute little place. It was clean and just as described. Awesome location on the lake with our own dock. We will absolutely be back!

Cozy with amazing waterfront!

This is a beautiful little space, tucked away and unassuming. But if you go out the door down the small spiral staircase to the bedroom, you are almost immediately met by the waterfront! It would be perfect in the summer for anyone wanting to enjoy the lake. I only wish they offered a late check-out option.

Beautiful View

Had a wonderful time staying in Siena! The view was beautiful from all rooms. It was great to wake up to the sunrise across the water. We also loved being able to have our boat steps outside the door. Very clean and airy living space. Excellent communication with the property owner was also a plus. We’ll definitely be booking again!

Great stay for a concert!

We stayed here because we were in town for a concert in Gilford and it was great! Perfect location, close to the venue and the lake was beautiful. It was lovely waking up to seeing the sparkling water. Would stay again.

Great location!

This is a very cute place to stay whether in the summer or in the winter. We got lucky and the ice runway opened up on the weekend we were there, and it was very entertaining to watch all of the planes.

Steps from the lake.

On arrival the condo presented very well. Was very clean and welcoming and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Simple kitchen facilities and all was clean and worked well. We loved the dock and spent many hours out there day and night. There is also a nice sandy area to wade in as you enter the water. We would be happy to return here in the future.

The unit is in a great location just half a mile from restaurants and other businesses. It is also literally less than 5 steps from the back door to the lake. That alone makes it a great property to rent. The unit feels rather small even though it's on two levels. With the bedroom on the lower level and everything else upstairs including the bathroom we found ourselves making numerous trips up and down the narrow spiral staircase. There is no stove/oven, and only one sink. No bathroom sink. The TV is also quite a distance from the sofa and the sofa is uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable. The main selling point of the unit is the lake access with private dock. But it's not really a private dock even though they advertise it as such. You have to share it with people renting other units. We envisioned spending a lot of time sitting on the dock by ourselves and we got to do some of that, but at times other people were using it. If you have a boat or are renting one, this property is probably well worth the money. If you don't then maybe it's not worth the rather expensive price.
