This truly is a find and thank the internet for it. I would never have stayed there because it is a bit out of the way, yet very accessible and close enough to everything. The B&B totally renovated and the rooms are simple, but wonderfully decorated with the owners personally collected art. Check in is after 15:00, just plan accordingly. The host was very helpful with tips about local events, places to see and discovering the area by foot, bicycle or car. The Continental breakfast was served from 8am until 10am. It included local breads, yogurt, fruit, cheese and cold cuts, along with cereal, freshly squeezed orange juice and the best coffee I had in a long time. Arosio is a small, quiet town in Ticino and it was wonderful to be awakened by the the only sound in town, the church bells. I will definitely return to this great little gem.

Très bel endroit !

Depuis l'extérieur, l'endroit ne paye pas de mine, mais à l'intérieur tout est très soigné. La chambre est grande ! La réservation n'avait pas été prise du coup le Petit déjeuner m'a été remboursé.

Eclectic residence in the Lugano hills

Gorgeous B&B full of beautiful art, super comfortable rooms, great breakfast and a wonderful host Fabrizio who could not do enough for us. Great place to stay in the hills of Arosio. Easy to get there by bus (423) from Lamone Campesino (1 train stop 4 mins from Lugano) and stop just outside B&B. Thank you Fabrizio for making us truly feel welcome. Tony and Paul.

Rundum einfach wunderbar!

A fantastic and beautiful place to stay near Lugano ♥️ I highly recomand this guesthouse! The rooms are lovely and spacious, breakfast ist delicious and the host is very kind and helps with all possible questions. We really enjoyed our stay 💚 Ein wunderbares Guesthouse in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Lugano. Sehr zu empfehlen! Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und schön geräumig. Das Frühstück ist von sehr guter Qualität. Der Gastgeber ist absolut freundlich und hilft wirklich bei allen möglichen Fragen. Ich würde liebend gerne jederzeit wieder hingehen.

Absolut gelungener Aufenthalt - wir kommen wieder!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes B&B mit grossen Zimmern im schönen Alto Malcantone. Der Inhaber Fabrizio kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Gäste und gibt Tipps für Ausflüge in der Region. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Nice Guesthouse close to Lugano

We stayed in B&B Arosio for a weekend, enjoyed the stay very much: nice and big room with comfortable bed and a good breakfast with local food and fresh juice and bread. The owner was nice and relaxed, made us feel at home. From the B&B it was easy to go hiking and explore the area!

Comfortable room with character

Excellent B&B. The owner clearly pays attention to detail and is interested in quality. Breakfast was amazing with local cheese and yogurt and fresh squeezed orange juice. You will need a vehicle to get to this location. There are several switch-backs on the steep road up which would be quite a bit of fun if you are on a motorcycle. This road would be a nightmare to ride up on a bicycle. We had a nice view and the space in the room was good. Very pretty inside and out. The owner visited with us in the morning and was very welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Arosio for two nights and enjoyed it very much. Fabrezio, the owner was very accommodating and went out of his way to make our stay in this area enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, easy access by local bus and train into Lugano and a great area for scenery and hiking. Can't say enough about this hotel and its owner.

Glücksgriff

Die Lage ist als Ausgangsort nicht nur für den "Kastanien-Wanderweg" perfekt. Das liebevoll restaurierte, geschmackvoll und sehr individuell eingerichtete Hotel, war ein echter Glücksgriff. Wir haben in einem ausgezeichneten Bett und ruhiger Umgebung bestens geschlafen. Das Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten war lecker und hochwertig. Der Gastgeber, Fabrizio, ist angenehm und zuvorkommend. Sehr unaufdringlich weiss er über allerlei Interessantes bzgl. Haus und Umgebung zu berichten. Auch sein Tip fürs Abendessen ins nächstgelegene Grotto zu gehen... Gelungen! Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Superbe hôtel!

Nous avons ete agrablement surpris par cet hôtel plein de charme et dont l'architecture represente bien la region. De plus, le responsable de l'hôtel a ete tres accueillant et nous a conseille un restayrant des plus delicieux. Nous y retournons sans aucun doute!
