New Construction completed in August 2011. This beautiful home is nestled in the pines and junipers in Alto Lakes Country Club. Enjoy the huge deck and big windows to view the spectacular mountains and valleys. This is a two story home, master, master bath, living, dining, guest bed and bath, kitchen, main deck and laundry room are on the first floor. The outside living and dining area on the deck are covered. The second floor has a game/bed room with a puffy futon that makes into a queen size bed and pool table for entertaining and two bedrooms for extra guests. There is a balcony off the game room where you can enjoy more views. You will enjoy easy access in the subdivision and the driveway. You will be 13 miles to Ski Apache (snow ski or snow boarding) and 7 miles from resort town of Ruidoso. You are 10 miles from Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino and Resort.
