Enjoy the many possibilities not only in summer, but also in winter. Relax and unwind in one of the many quiet spots. Or, on the other hand, make active use of the games and sports facilities on site. If there is enough snow, the house meadow is perfect for tobogganing or your first turns on skis.
The landlords enthusiastically run the farm, which has been in the family for centuries. There are cattle, calves, cats and rabbits on the farm. The landlords are happy to let you take part in the daily tasks on the farm throughout the seasons. Helping out is expressly permitted. It is also possible to book a breakfast service on site.
The nearest public access to the lake is a 15-minute walk away. Of course, all water sports facilities are available on Lake Traunsee. The fully equipped modern kitchen is located in the large, bright living and dining area. Here you will find all the important kitchen utensils. In addition to a kettle, there is also a ceramic hob with oven, a fridge and a dishwasher. The dining table invites you to eat together after cooking. There is also a sofa bed in this room. Enjoy the fantastic panorama of Lake Traunsee and the surrounding mountains from here. The two identical comfortable bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a sauna (incl. infrared heater). The WC is located separately.
