Ali bey was extremely nice and so very kind and helpful in planning our trip. He went above and beyond for me when I was planning a surprise birthday for my sister. I am so grateful for all his help. All the staff friendly but Kenan especially did a fabulous job and helped so much with the language . He really made our stay perfect . "
