Appartment Storchennest

It is a 2-room apartment with separate toilet and separate bathroom, the fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, dishwasher, induction hob and oven in the living/dining room. The bedroom is separate with 1 double bed 1.80 x 2 m.

Our "Metzgerpost" house is located in the heart of one of the most beautiful historic old towns in the northern Black Forest, in Altensteig. The listed building was completely renovated from 2017 to 2018. Four beautifully furnished, high-quality holiday apartments are available to you, though please note they are not barrier-free due to the historic structure. All guests have access to a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, and drying rack. Three parking spaces are available in the courtyard. A charging station (11 kW, 7.5 m cable) for electric and hybrid vehicles with a Type 2 connector is also provided. All apartments are fully furnished and centrally heated with district heating. TV, LAN, and Wi-Fi are available in every apartment. The beds feature quality mattresses and slatted frames. Kitchens are equipped with modern induction hobs.

Ein wunderbarer Ort mit sehr netten, aufmerksamen Gastgebern, liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Details, um eine erholsame, romantische Auszeit vom Alltag zu nehmen und einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Umgeben von herrlicher Natur, die man zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad (E-Bike empfohlen) erkunden kann, fühlt man sich gleich geerdet. Unbedingt zu empfehlen sind die vielen kulinarischen, regionalen Köstlichkeiten, die man Samstags auf dem kleinen Marktplatz erstehen und genießen kann. Wer es eher kulturell mag und der Geschichte folgen will, wird hier ebenso fündig. Die Burg gleich oberhalb der Wohnung (TO Berneck) lädt z.B. sonntags bei einer Führung dazu ein. Die historische Oberstadt hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Wir waren sicher nicht das erste und letzte Mal hier.
