The view from the balcony is terrific and the location is perfect for getting around between Kaiserslautern and Zweibrucken. De ligging is iets minder, vanwege een soms storend lawaai door een autosnelweg dicht in de buurt, voor alle duidelijkheid binnen is daar niets van te merken.
