"Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Asked for an assessable room as I use a mobility scooter. The room was ideal but we didn’t have a balcony or patio which we had booked which was disappointing. Used the pool which was quite cold and was very deep, no shallow end. "On one of the main streets in town. Nice space, really clean. Low doorjambs and I bumped my head a number of times (I'm tall) but a great place. Beatrice was super helpful and when one of my shoelaces broke, she bought me a pair while I was at work. Highly recommended place to stay."
