Pros: Great experience! The property exceeded our expectations. Spotless clean. All the advertised appliances in working order. Linen, towels, kitchen equipment, etc.... good quality and plenty. The communication with the owners was always great and quick. Luis (property manager) welcome us to the property and gave us plenty of useful information of the area. The lowdown was the weather so we were lucky to be in this exclusive large property and relax (more than enough space for 6 people not to be cramped indoors). Good location for touring around. Do not miss Callosa d’en Sarrià with the Fuentes del Algar, Guadalest, Polop, Xavea, Moraira..... and Altea. We can’t wait to go back to this property again with better weather. Thanks Sonia and Vincent. Maria, Peter and family 😍

We are giving 5 stars to all aspects as this villa was perfect for us and our stay was an exceptiona

Pros: We are giving 5 stars to all aspects as this villa was perfect for us and our stay was an exceptional find, having come from a rental for which we requested to vacate due to inadequate facility. The rental owners were pro-active in communication and came to our 'rescue'. The villa was lovely and suited us in every way. We were given a detailed orientation (much appreciated). Furnishings inside and out were of very good quality (except sofa could do with a better orientation for the neck), bed and linens were very nice, patio has high quality table & chairs and chaise for outdoor dining and relaxing when the weather is warm enough. We appreciated that the kitchen has high quality appliances and all of the required utensils were in the drawers and quite adequate for cooking for stay home meals. Thank you Sonja and Vincent. We hope to rent again and come back in future with family members or friends.

Pros: Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Altea Hills und Umgebung, der mitunter auch der tollen Unterkunft geschuldet war. Das Haus mit Pool ist modern und geräumig und war in jedweder Hinsicht gepflegt und sauber. Neben einer großen Garage mit Waschmaschine und Trockner war auch die sonstige Ausstattung hervorragend, z.B. der Weber-Grill, 55-Zoll-Smart-TV, tadelloses W-Lan, 3 verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, Mikrowelle, Ceranfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler. Es fehlte nichts. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm. Der tolle Pool war ebenfalls sauber und gepflegt. Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle noch einmal herzlich bei den Eigentümern für den netten Kontakt und den reibungslosen Ablauf bedanken.

Het ontvangst was prima geregeld en de man was behulpzaam met leuke tochten etc..spreekt engels Het huis was heel praktisch, wij gebruikten alleen de begane grond,goed schoon te houden, en de tuin was fijn voor onze hond. Het uitzicht is prachtig! Het was geen zwemweer te koud maar in de zomer zal het ongetwijfeld heerlijk zijn. Heel fijn dat er een garage bij was. Wij komen ongetwijfeld terug👍

Bij sleutel overdracht vriendelijk hulp en tevens bij vertrek ook vriendelijk en vol met tips. Ik heb geen negatieve dingen kunnen ontdekken. Ga zeker over paar jaar weer terug naar dezelfde woning in een woord Top.
