"First night I was placed into a room that was older, poorly laid out, impossibly small shower. Certainly not the executive suite I booked, pictures not even close. Room door lock broken, had to get that fixed. No garbage can in the bathroom. No towels in one of the bathrooms. Complained, second night ..."
