"This is a well restored old building with a nice large traditionally furnished room. There is no on site reception and there was only a link to an unhelpful answering service via the provided link. Hotel Marburger Hof

Hotel Marburger Hof

10/10 Excellent
"Germany is very eco-oriented. If you decline a daily cleaning you can put a small bag on the knob and they will skip your room but put in a little gift of some sort. If you are renting a car, parking is a little problematic as it is in many hotels and cities in Europe. The hotel underground parking spaces are very small. If you have a larger vehicle it is almost impossible to navigate the space. We did end up with a scratch on the rental vehicle. We will rent smaller cars going forward. Breakfasts were varied for all tastes and complimentary, definitely a plus! Staff were great, room perfect, location perfect for touring Marburg. Would definitely recommend."
