"Insgesamt ok, sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin die uns nachdem wir bemängelt haben das keine Filterkaffeemaschiene in der Wohnung war, es gab nur eine Kapselmaschine, am nächsten Tag eine neue gebracht hat. Außerdem gab es kein warmes Duschwasser, wurde an nächsten Tag aber repariert. Ist eine Kellerwohnung, hatte ich leider nicht im Anzeigentext richtig durchgelesen. "Die Wohnung war ungepflegt. Das Wohnzimmer nicht beheizbar: im Fenster stand ein Heizkörper, der nirgendwo angeschlossen war. Wir funktionierten dann das zweite Schlafzimmer zu unserem Wohnzimmer um. Die Duschvorhänge waren kaputt und schmutzig. Wenn man nach dem Duschen auf die Toilette wollte, musste man den Duschvorhang hochziehen und tropfte dann voll. Im Brotkasten lag Brot mit dem Haltbarkeitsdatum August 24. Das ganze zu einem Preis, der weit höhere Erwartungen rechtfertigte. "
