"The first appearance was nice. Nice view of the bay and the bridge, nice appearance on the outside of the hotel. "Okay, the staff were nice and they tried, but the computers were down, WiFi was down. Television didn’t work. They manually checked me in. I don’t blame the staff, I blame whoever is in charge of maintaining this sad, old, threadbare place."
