"Appartement sale, crasseux, non entretenu ( interrupteurs collants et bruns de crasse, carrelage plein de coulures, gaziniere sale et collante, des coulures de graisse partout…le summum : les toilettes et sa cuvettes maculées de vieilles multiples traces d’urine. Troupeau de moutons sous le lit, fenêtres du haut inaccessibles... Mal équipé en couverts, en verres ( 2 couteaux…2 verres à vin…).
