"We had a small problem with our room and it was taken care of immediately with no questions asked. "

"The rental was perfect for what we needed! Our hosts were super sweet and accommodating despite us checking in really late. They responded quickly when messaged, and overall were good to us. The rental itself was just a tad bit small, but it worked. The main room was mostly taken up by the king bed, counters, and fridge w/ microwave. Despite that, it still had good walking room and was very cute and minimalistic. Now into the bathroom… The bathroom was huge! It had plenty of space, the toilet was separated by a stall, and the shower was a good rain shower. They provided towels, soaps, and complementary water, tea, and snacks. The only downside to the bathroom, was the water situation. The water did have a sulfur smell (the hosts warned us prior that the water was well water and contained sulfur, and gave us water bottles for brushing our teeth and whatnot), and the hot water didnt last very long when we took our showers. It was also quite loud at night considering it was next to the road.Otherwise the stay was amazing, we spent 4 days there and didnt have any other complaints. It was clean, homey, and not too far from where we needed to go. We reccomend if youre looking for a budget friendly stay and arent too picky about the small things. We will definitely stay again!(Also bonus points for the barn cats and horses)"

"It was perfect for our family. We had several families there for a baseball tournament and the boys brought fishing poles and golf clubs. We enjoyed the amenities."

"Can't think of anything negative to say about this property! It was an absolute delight! The hosts were amazing! Very communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had. In one of the reviews, they mentioned the roosters were a problem. Unless they were sleeping outside, I'm not sure how they would have heard them. We brought box fans so we couldn't hear anything and each room is provided with a white noise machine. As for the neighborhood, we didn't have any problems and it seemed to be a really nice neighborhood. Will definitely recommend this host to anyone looking and I'll definitely keep them in mind in my future visits!"

"We were so excited after looking at the listing photos! However, when we arrived, it was not what we expected at all. The neighborhood was friendly, but not the best area. The place was filthy when we arrived. To his credit, I contacted the owner and he has a cleaning crew crew come back out. Unfortunately, it would have taken then about a week to fully clean this place. Mold in ask the windows, peeling ceiling, cracks and broken floor tiles. Just not what we paid for. "
