New! The Buffalo-Shipping Container in Alpine

Summary:
This tiny house has all the amenities of an upscale hotel room yet with unique and exquisite design and decor. A queen size bed with a super-comfy Tuft & Needle mattress will help you fall asleep fast. A full size shower and bathroom is snuggled into the back of the unit and has endless hot water! For your morning coffee a Keurig and K-cups are provided along with a microwave for heating up your popcorn in the evening. Climb up to the rooftop deck for stargazing or your morning coffee.

The Space:
This unique home started as a 20' shipping container. Our build company, CargoHome, insulates and panels the interior in pine shiplap and trims it out with high craftsmanship. The outside is clad with cedar siding, spaced to allow the original container to still be seen. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system. LED lights inside and a super-quiet, efficient mini-split AC unit makes this a comfortable, energy efficient space.

Great, safe neighborhood in the country just south of Alpine. 4 minutes to downtown Alpine. 1 hour to Big Bend National Park.

Cute, cozy getaway! The property was clean and compact. It was equipped with everything you may need. The best part was the upstairs rooftop deck where one could stargaze at night. Also, it was right off the road about an hour and a half away on the way to Big Bend!

Did a long weekend in West Texas and spent a few nights here in this super comfy storage container. Arrival was a breeze since the host had a full online pamphlet with all the details. The room was very clean and had all the major necessities. The upstairs provided a great spot to watch the sunset over the mountains. There are a few Alpine restaurants nearby and coffee shops. We also did some shopping in Alpine. But the best thing about the location of these storage containers is how convenient they are to Big Bend, Marfa, Fort Davis and Marathon. We enjoyed our entire stay and would come back.
