Beautiful cabin/Can't wait to book again.
This cabin was absolutely beautiful and amazing. It had all the amenities we needed for the week we were there. The property manager was very helpful and replied really fast when we had questions before we came up. We absolutely loved our stay there and the area in and around alpine was gorgeous. We will most definitely book this cabin again in the future. Out of 5 stars we give this property a 10.

Great stay in Alpine WY
Can't say enough good things about Rebecca and her charming historical cabin. The cabin is in a great location, conveniently close to town and where the Snake River enters the Palisades Reservoir. Our stay in early January was during a cold snap with a fair amount of new snow which made the surroundings breathtaking; a true winter wonderland. Although the cabin was built pre-civil war it has been expertly remodeled and modernized while maintaining it's historic charm. Internet is wicked fast and DirecTV is available although we rarely watched it. Very comfortable and functional for a relatively small space. It never felt small though and our family had plenty of room to move around. The cabin was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals and it's nicely decorated. We had one fluke issue with a newer appliance and Rebecca bent over backwards to immediately ensure it was resolved quickly. We plan to return this year and would be more than happy to stay here again!

Simply the best!
This is hands down my most favorite stay to date. The house itself is 160 years old, and the hosts have done an incredible job loving and caring for the property. It truly felt like home, and that’s not a easy feeling for me to achieve. The property is immaculately clean, so comfortable, and so nicely put together all while honoring the history. The layout is great, touches are amazing, especially the live plants. I could not stop staring at my surroundings. If/when I find myself in the area again, I will absolutely stay here. Absolutely amazing!

Cute Mountain Cabin
This cute mountain cabin was a perfect fit for my husband and I. The cabin was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we would need for a 5 night stay. The town of Alpine is small but has everything one might need. Surrounded by National Forests and about an hour drive to National Parks, there is plenty of hiking, fishing, biking and boating options. A perfect, relaxing stay.

The property was just as described, cozy cabin. The cabin was very comfortable and a nice fenced in backyard that our dogs loved. Alpine is a quiet little town that is in a perfect location for a lot of fun activities! Would definitely go back!

Loved the Alpine cabin
We loved the solitude and beautiful scenery. Thanks for the lovely flowers for our anniversary visit and the warm and kind wishes. We were in awe of the huge, hand hewn logs. Was it an original cabin or a new build? The spiral staircase was a special feature. We loved the fresh raspberries! The only thing we missed was a microwave. We hope to be back for a visit in the future

Excellent property and host
My friend and I stays 4 nights at the Alpine Cabin. It is an adorable historic property. It had all of the amenities we needed (laundry, full kitchen 1.5 baths....) and was super clean. Also, the location was close to services in Alpine. Rebecca was responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend her cabin to anyone visiting the area.

Charming cabin with beauty all around
We loved staying at this property. When we arrived and walked through the door it felt like home. Close to the Alpine Junction with easy access to highway straight into Jackson and then also directly into the gorgeous Star Valley. Kitchen was fabulous house was comfortable location was central. Can’t go wrong! And the owner Rebecca is so nice and helpful responded to every question or concern. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!!!

Holiday in Alpine
Spent the 4th at this cozy cabin. Perfect blend of old with new amenities. Porches in front and back. Yard was a great playground for our dogs and we could see fireworks from the back porch. The small airfield nearby provided some great entertainment during the week as some very interesting planes were out and about throughout the week. The one thing that could have been better was the bed. A bit old and tired on the support side of things. Overall this was a great experience and we loved the location. Everyone we ran into in town was very friendly and welcoming.

The cabin is clean, well supplied and very cozy. The cabin is very nicely decorated. The tub/shower was not the most convenient but manageable. We used the cabin as a base for exploring the beautiful Grand Teton National Park. The area is gorgeous and we really enjoyed it! Thanks for a nice stay!

We had a wonderful time going to Grand Teton National Park 2 days sightseeing and hiking. Drove through some beautiful scenic areas. Alpine is absolutely gorgeous! Loved our stay there in the cabin which was very comfortable and clean!

Very clean, quiet, modern conveniences. However, the spiral staircase is a little unhandy for older people. I saw it in the pictures but didn't think about it practically. Just saying for the benefit of older travelers.

Sadly these guests broke our solid five star review streak presumably because of the spiral staircase we said we had. We showed pictures and mentioned it thoroughly in our description. This would be like staying in a beach house and rating it low because of sand. Oh well, what can we do? I am sorry to have finally gotten a 4-star review but I knew it would happen at some point. Thanks anyway for staying.

A perfect piece of paradise !
We enjoyed our stay immensely! The cabin was a beautifully decorated space with generous amenities to make our time in Wyoming truly a "home away from home". Comfy and Cozy
The lovely log cabin is extremely comfortable with gorgeous views from upstairs. We were there over Christmas and found a beautiful holiday centerpiece on the dining table when we arrived. There was also had a holiday wreath on the front door. Paths had been cleared in the two feet of snow in the backyard so the dog had a place to roam. It snowed heavily during our visit and our driveway always seemed to have been cleaned when we arrived back at the cabin which we appreciated. There was a problem with the front door and the deadbolt when we checked in. Rebecca had the maintenance man there immediately to take care of this situation. Overall we couldn't have been more pleased with the place and definitely recommend it to future guests.

Fantastic cabin in beautiful location
This is a beautiful cabin situated away from the touristy Jackson to enjoy the mountain views and air. Amenities were great, including very high speed wifi, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property manager was fantastic.

Amazing and cozy cabin!
This cabin was absolutely lovely. My husband and I stayed for a week and did not want to leave! The place was clean, modern, it had a rustic and vintage touch, and the views were outstanding. My dog Jade got to run around and enjoy the cute backyard as well. We had everything we needed the cabin and spent a lovely and cozy thanksgiving holiday. Fantastic place to stay!
My wife and I truly enjoyed our 6 day 5 night stay here. It was perfect for our getaway. The house was very nice, and we felt extremely comfortable there. It is a little tricky to find the first time, but easy once you figure out the twists & turns of the little streets in this humble neighborhood. One note, this is not a place to stay if you have mobility issues. The step up to the porch is a doozy, the spiral stairs up to the bedroom are tight & steep, and the shower in the free-standing tub is slippery to get in & out of. None of these were a problem for us. We always try to stay in old houses that have a history. This one did not disappoint. Our only wish is that the owner of this property would take the obvious history of the house and run with it. Old photos, nick-nacks, and written history & stories! But, we are self admitted (and proud) geeks & nerds when it comes to that stuff. For food in the area, we didn't have a bad meal at all. Two meals really stuck out. The pizza at Driftwood Pizza in Alpine is top-notch, quite a surprise. Burgers at Local in Jackson were among the best we have ever had. We really had no need to communicate with the owner/manager, just a couple of texts during check in. She was responsive and friendly. We did not have a need to talk again, everything else was smooth and effortless. All in all, this is a fabulous place to base all of your Northwest Wyoming adventures from. We would highly recommend staying to anyone who asks. Hence the 5/5 rating. Thank you!

Adorable cabin!!
We had a great stay here! The owner was easy to communicate with and it was the perfect location for our plans. The house was well stocked and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The loft was very cute, but really can only fit one person rather than the 2 advertised due to how slanted the ceiling is. The ladder up to it is a bit challenging as well. It was fine bc we had one of our kids sleep on the couch. I also would recommend some hooks by the front door and in the bathroom for coats and towels.

Perfect Star Valley location
My son and I stayed at this adorable cabin for a few nights. The location to Jackson and the rest of Star Valley was very convenient. This property is near the private Alpine air strip community, Salt River, and our favorite breakfast spot, Yankee Doodles. Check-in was easy and the hostess was wonderful, though we never needed to contact her during our visit. Everything was smooth. We’ll definitely stay here again! Thank you!

My wife and I found a little slice of heaven here. This cabin is perfect in every way. It is absolutely adorable and very well stocked. The owners are easy to communicate with and made the check in process very simple. I wish we could’ve stayed for weeks! The spiral staircase is fairly narrow, but otherwise the cabin is spacious and comfortable! We will definitely stay again.

This house is absolutely adorable!! Pictures don’t do it justice! It’s extremely cozy, clean, and rustic with all the modern touches you’d want. The host was extremely responsive and welcomed us with hand drawn cards upon arrival to make our stay feel even more special! Just a short walk to beautiful scenery along the river! Cute little place to stay. It’s a little bigger than the picture make it look. Nice little fenced in backyard. Plenty of firewood. Cozy little cabin was good for just the four of us. We had a blast watching the snowmobile hill climbs in Jackson Hole not too far away.

We loved this home and would highly recommend it. You do need to be able to walk up stairs to get to the sleeping area, but it was the cutest and coziest place to sleep. The whole cabin was so pristine and pretty; in a great location in Alpine and the area cannot be beat. One of the most beautiful places in the country!

We had a great time during our stay. It’s beautiful in Alpine. Going in January was a great idea. Ice and snow were everywhere, but we loved staying in a winter wonderland and having this beautiful cabin to come back to at night. Amazing stay in winter wonderland.
The pictures definitely don't do justice to the property. From the pictures the cabin looked about half the size then what it really is.. The living and dining area is spacious and cozy. Kitchen is well stacked with all the essentials to start your vacation. There is plenty of wood to be able to enjoy the fireplace as well. The whole cabin is very well decorated to give you the rustic cabin feel.. The location is a short trip over the mountain to the nearby Jackson or a very short trip to the nearby grocery store and Alpine center.. Rebecca is an amazing host, she was very responsive to any needs. The cabin is a perfect getaway location whether to enjoy the snow in the winter or the nature and wildlife in the summer..

Perfect Cabin and an Outstanding Host!
This cabin was absolutely perfect for our stay in Alpine during November. A great spot to cozy up by the fire after getting out and about to enjoy the many recreational opportunities in the surrounding area. The cabin has been beautifully updated, and Rebecca is an outstanding host - great communication, easy check-in/check -out, and extraordinarily generous. Next time we are in Alpine we will be staying here again!

Cozy Getaway
I loved this place. It was the perfect, cozy cabin I needed to work online during the day, fish the Salt and Snake in the afternoon, then sit by the fire with a whisky and my dog at night. The only negative I have is the shower situation. The clawfoot tub would be great if you care for baths, but it's not the best for showers. Otherwise, the kitchen, living room, bed, and overall property is wonderful.

The cabin was beautiful and even though it had neighbors, you wouldn't know it once inside. The views were gorgeous. We loved our day in Jackson and coming back to the cabin was so welcoming. The bed was so very good and that is so very important. It was our 35th anniversary and we received the sweetest homemade card from the owners. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything you need in a lovely home. A reasonable drive to Jackson and the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone NPs. An address on the house would be helpful when trying to find in the dark and google maps gps was a bit off. Otherwise, highly recommended!!!

Beautiful cabin in Alpine!
This is a cozy, well updated cabin situated in Alpine. There is a fenced backyard that is great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The cabin is located very close to a gas station, restaurants and even a large supermarket. It is also super close to a lake (which is unfortunately at an all time low) but would be beautiful when it is full! The best part about this stay was communicating with Rebecca- she was prompt, helpful, and a total pleasure to chat with! The cabin has everything you need and is well stocked with bedding and towels. We loved staying here!

It’s not always the place that’s important. I give 5 stars for character & honesty to the owner!
So we traveled for 12 weeks this summer from east to west staying in 8 different VBRO’s from New Hampshire to Wyoming. Some were better than others. What I have learned this week is even though I finished up my road trip in a wonderful VBRO on a lake in Michigan the house is only one part of the stay. As wonderful as this place in Michigan was the owner was not willing to make right the fact we had no power/water for two days and had to cut two trees across the driveway to exit. Zero offer of anything. This owner in Alpine was extremely generous and was willing and happy to make right a hiccup in our visit. So keep in mind the owner is a large part of the vacation. Yes they can all be friendly when things are going right but it’s when things are not going right that matters. This young owner with a beautiful family works hard to provide the best service and she deserves 5 stars. True character is shown when life is hard. This owner has true character and a good heart. I would stay here again if I was in the area! Thank you so much Shawn & Jess & Boeing.
