Beds are comfy, bathrooms are nicely remodeled, two with massive showers and one has a nice soaker tub. Huge TV was nice for movies at end of day. We were able to bring our small, 7 lb dog and he slept well in his crate and went outside on his leash. Back deck and fence are not yet completed. Quiet neighborhood is a short drive to shopping or the beautiful beachside boardwalk. Homeowner responded primptly to enquiries."

"The dock being located a very short walk away was a bit of an inconvenience but the spot was nice. Never used the hot tub…was disgustingly dirty upon arrival. However host addressed right away and sent a cleaner the next day. It took 2 days for the water in the tub to heat back up and another day to clear. We decided not to use it.
