"Amazing overall! Esp the breakfast service that was a surprise. Only issues: AC was not very powerful. We live in a colder climate and couldn’t get the room below 74 degrees F to sleep. Also, as nice as it was, the pictures are not completely accurate. There is a plunge pool outside the room. But it faces the main entrance/waterfall and gardens. Not as private as advertised"

"The hotel is absolutely amazing! The lobby has a huge bar instead of a checkin counter. You are able to sit on a comfortable couch and the staff comes to you for checkin. Service is just outstanding and the rooms are large and extremely clean. Breakfast is out of this works and the hotel has a beautiful beach. Located in one of the most exclusive towns, Elounda in Crete."
