"Stunning Views, Perfect Terrace, Excellent Pool...Villa Inside needs serious attention !" The View is stunning, the terrace is perfect, the pool was excellent.. There is only aircon in the main living area. 1st bedroom (NO AIRCON) has window overlooking the terrace but no mosquito net so cannot sleep with window open and has a 4ft 6 mattress on a 5ft bed frame. 2nd bedroom(NO AIRCON) has a window but it opens onto a cleaning storage cupboard with the smell of horrid fumes, so this bedroom was not used. Had to sleep 3 weeks on the bed settee in main living area. The owner who is also the poolman/gardner is there nearly every other day tending his plants. The bathroom has no ventilation and the toilet is in such a position you cannot sit on it properly. Plug sockets in main living area hanging off wall.

Eine wunderschöne Villa, die Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die Stadt, nachts noch schöner, der sehr angenehme Swimmingpool, die Gärten sorgen für eine wunderschöne exotische Atmosphäre und das Haus ist sehr funktional. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und kümmert sich gut um die Villa. Zwei wundervolle Wochen.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur fabelhaft. Diese Ruhe. Die wunderschöne Aussicht. Der wunderschöne Garten um einen herum und die schönen Palmen, man merkt da steckt ganz viel Liebe dahinter. Die Nähe zu verschiedenen Städten, die freundliche Umgebung . Man hat den ganzen Tag Sonne in der Unterkunft und einen super Pool zum sich abkühlen.

"Atemberaubende Aussicht, perfekte Terrasse, ausgezeichneter Pool. Villa Inside braucht ernsthafte Aufmerksamkeit!" Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, die Terrasse ist perfekt, der Pool war ausgezeichnet. Es gibt nur eine Klimaanlage im Hauptwohnbereich. Das 1. Schlafzimmer (KEINE KLIMAANLAGE) hat ein Fenster mit Blick auf die Terrasse, aber kein Moskitonetz, kann also nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen und hat eine 4-Fuß-6-Matratze auf einem 5-Fuß-Bettrahmen. Das 2. Schlafzimmer (KEINE KLIMAANLAGE) hat ein Fenster, aber es öffnet sich zu einem Reinigungsschrank mit dem Geruch von schrecklichen Dämpfen, sodass dieses Schlafzimmer nicht benutzt wurde. Musste 3 Wochen auf dem Schlafsofa im Hauptwohnbereich schlafen. Der Besitzer, der auch der Poolmann/Gärtner ist, ist fast jeden zweiten Tag dort, um seine Pflanzen zu pflegen. Das Badezimmer hat keine Belüftung und die Toilette ist so positioniert, dass man nicht richtig darauf sitzen kann. Steckdosen im Hauptwohnbereich hängen an der Wand.

Wenn Sie die gut befahrbare Straße nach oben nehmen, befinden Sie sich in einer Oase der Ruhe. Die Aussicht auf Almuñécar ist atemberaubend. Der Besitzer hat eine Leidenschaft für Pflanzen und das merkt man überall auf der Domäne. Alles ist ordentlich gepflegt und der begeisterte Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit, mit Respekt für die Privatsphäre. Wir werden zurückkommen!
