The front desk staff (particularly Lacey) were so kind and helpful. The pool area is really nice in concept but practicality isn’t there. First I need to clarify: Don't book the jungle lodges if you expect premium rooms. We made that mistake misled by the nice photos of the rooms. For a similar price choose the Lodges or Villas.
