"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional 5-Star Experience at Cleopatra Resort Sidi Heneish We had a wonderful stay at Cleopatra Resort Sidi Heneish and truly enjoyed every moment. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and offers excellent service, delicious food, and a great atmosphere. Everything was well organized, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. A special thank you to Reda at the reception, who was extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. His friendly attitude made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We would also like to give special recognition to Halim and Mohammed Agwa in the restaurant. They provided outstanding service, were always attentive to our needs, and made every meal an enjoyable experience. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Overall, Cleopatra Resort Sidi Heneish deserves a 5-star rating. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful resort, excellent hospitality, and exceptional staff. "You can clearly see it is a five-star resort with various water-related activities: 2 massive swimming pools in perfect condition. A very nice water park, but not well-maintained. A private beach, which is clean, but for some reason, you can smell sewage !! Great food, great service, 5-star interior designs and furniture quality. The major 2 down sides: 1. You can see the facility has aged with subpar maintenance, especially to the water park and in the outdoor furniture. 2. They have to do something about flies. It was a true buzz kill, especially at the pool area."
