We checked out around 3 am in the morning, so we couldn't enjoy the hotel well, but there is no problem. The reception staff welcomed us and responded to our early check-out.
Worst hotel I've ever been to. Weird fines, unclean rooms, everything was broken or halfbroken. It was loud and unbearably hot at night. No idea how this could possibly be rated as a 4 star hotel. I don’t recommend.
We stayed here for 2 nights and it was not the best experience. I noticed stains on the carpet and some of the blankets and towels. The bathroom was small and the bathtub with the shower curtains made it almost impossible to not spill water on the bathroom floor, yet they have a sign saying they’ll charge you 50,000 tenge for spilling water on the floor.
The WiFi was so bad. Imagine after a long day hiking, you can hardly keep a phone call going with your family back home.
The street seems a little sketchy, the view from window in our room was just some garbage dump below us. Not sure if it was staff or some local but always smoking outside and staring. The staff didn’t seem friendly either, not like the staff at other hotels who are very endearing.
Terrible experience. The AC and Wi-Fi were both non-functional, making the stay uncomfortable. The cleanliness was disappointing—towels that should have been white were grey and dingy. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast, which was decent. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
Strong sewage smell in bathroom. Low water pressure in bathroom.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I had to be moved to three rooms because of problems. Two the air conditioning didn’t work. The phone didn’t work in any room. The restaurant at the hotel has dancing parties every night. They last until 3 in the morning on weekdays and five in the morning on weekends. We had to leave early because the staff stoke a pair of $900 earrings.
Leaving the hotel premises, I witnessed a distressing scene of a man physically assaulting a woman, causing a public outcry. Despite the evident commotion, approximately ten bystanders remained passive, declining to intervene. Shockingly, even the security guard on duty abstained from taking any action. Upon alerting the hotel management via phone, my friend was assured that the situation was being handled, despite the ongoing violence inflicted on the woman just outside the hotel premises, resulting in severe facial injuries.
We felt almost robbed by the hotel on two occasions, leaving a bad taste. The more I think about it the more I felt we were part of a scam.
We asked the hotel to order us a taxi. When it arrived we were told the price and confirmed it on the drivers phone with the email from the hotel listing the price (5000). When we returned the driver requested more (14000). No one at the hotel would help us or stand up for us. All five at reception just stood there watching this man shout at us threatening to call the police. I said he should. I didn't want to go to jail so Infront of all the staff handed over the cash. The driver then shook all there hands (they were clearly friends) and walked off. Afterwards the receptionist said "yea you paid too much".
The second occasion was the hotels laundry service. Three pairs of socks, a Tshirt and a pair of boxers cost £12/€14/$15.
