The staff was off the charts friendly and accommodating, always wanting to know how your day was and serving with joy.
My wife Cathy had the best meal she had EVER had, Lamb and the octopus. It made me feel really good I chose “The Jerome” to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and make her feel special.

You can’t beat the location of this hotel. The breakfast comes with it is fantastic. The problems I had were they charge you $50 for a third person in the two bedroom room and that increases the cost with taxes near $400 and for $400 I would like to see a room without popcorn ceiling, a swimming pool with a light attached instead of it floating. Making it scary to swim. The staff is great . Loved the free hot chocolate.
