"The rooms were clean and tidy. The area around the building was well kept. Unfortunately, there is no elevator, which makes it difficult as I get older to carry a suitcase and other things up the steps. Also, the front doors do not open automatically, which is also cumbersome when managing luggage."
"The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was updated and honestly really nice for a budget hotel.. however; when we arrived (late, exhausted), there was clearly urine in the toilet and splashed on the toilet seat and a beer can in the garbage. Beds were clean. "
"No hot water let’s just leave it that. Should have been made aware of that when we booked as we wouldn’t have stayed. No ice machine but they did provide ziplock bags of ice when needed. "

10/10 Excellent
"The overall experience was great - House was spotless clean. Furnishings were excellent. I literally could not fault one thing. Close to the lake. Will defiantly use this place again."
"There was hair in the shower, that was not ours!!. An electrical outlet that did not have a cover and did not work. Multiple outlets with power cords and too many things plugged into it that the microwave kept blinking on and off. You could feel the springs in the mattress. The pillows were lumpy and smelled terrible. The bathroom sink looked like it was about to fall off the wall any second. Everything was filthy. The noise from the ethanol plant across the street was so incredibly loud. Had to walk outside by the pool to eat breakfast and the pool was gross. There were also many construction parts and old AC units lying around. Carpet that had been ripped up tossed in corners around the property. Absolutely worst place I've ever stayed. We had booked for 2 nights, but did not stay the second night. "
