"Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig außerhalb des Ortes. Im letzten Jahr sind zwei neue Außen-Pools hinzugekommen. Außerdem kam am Naturteich das Haus am See mit Saunen und einem kleinen Servicebereich hinzu, wo man am Nachmittag Kleinigkeiten essen kann. Die finnische Sauna hätte etwas größer sein können, da sie im Gegensatz zu Dampfbad, Kräuterstube und Infrarotkabine natürlich am meisten genutzt wird. "This was a nice property, set in it's own grounds with a nice wooden area behind and 15 minutes walking distance into the old town at Kempten. Room was clean, comfortable, although it was not sure conditioned. A nice breakfast buffet was included also. Parking and vehicular access was also simple. "

"Der var så lydt at fra kl 6 om morgenen løb der unger rundt og skreg i vilden sky, Hoppe, stampe, rykke i dørene til toilettet når man sad der osv… det var en totalt uregerligt og mega kedelig oplevelse…. Vi har selv børn med, vi rejser meget men ALDRIG har vi oplevet noget lignende! Vi brugte det kun til at overnatte en nat da vi skulle køre langt dagen efter og det var nærmest ikke muligt pga for lidt og for dårlig søvn! "This is a most impressive hotel with welcoming and professional staff, lovely rooms and a superb breakfast (it's a long time since I've had a fried egg in a hotel breakfast buffet). The room was spacious, comfortable and well soundproofed and also with very good blackout blinds. As mentioned, there is no car parking on site, but the municipal car park is a minute's walk away and is safe and inexpensive (there is also a shopping centre car park a five-minute walk away). We will certainly be back...

"No aircondition but that was clear in the booking: hottest days i Germany, it worked with some fan and open windows. Missed a shoehorn in the room. The bar is good but not manned all the time. Nice parking under the hotel, overall a nice hotel."
