Cleaning....the house lack of cleaning. From the kitchen equipment, to the floor to the chair outside (in the garage, where the BBQ is) that you could not use as greeezy they were (yes the chairs, as the BBQ at least was clean). The indoor chair, they are old and lose all the fabric, making the floor a mess every time they get used. The shower: the arm of the shower is loose, so while you take a shower you have to watch out that it does not fall on your head. Also, is not specified in the add, but the apartment is part of of a bigger house, and there are other people living upstairs.All this said, it is a quiet area, not too far from Portland town. The seaside is right in front o the propriety, but it is not an accessible beach.

Need improvement in the shower area, property cleanliness, and washing machine.
The location was perfect, but the property's cleanliness needs a vast improvement. The washing machine wasn't working accurately, and we washed our clothes at the laundry service store at Portland Center.
The bathroom will flood after taking shower. Was terrible.
