Perfect Location, beautiful home

This home is perfect for large groups. We were a group of 8 (2 teenagers and 6 adults). There was plenty of space for everyone to be together but also enough beds for everyone to have their own space. We were in this home for 9 nights with eight people and didn’t feel like we were all crammed together. Allersberg is a cute city and we enjoyed the proximity to the grocery store and bakery. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. It was a quick train/car ride into Nuremberg. Markus, the host, was great with communication. We were there for Christmas so he put up decorations, and even had some treats waiting for us. I am very picky about cleanliness of homes, and the house was immaculate. We are from the US, so little things like providing a hair dryer that works with the electric was a huge bonus! I have already recommended this home to other friends visiting Germany in the future.

Gute Location für ein Wochenende mit Freunden

Nicht weit von Nürnberg und vielen Ausflugs- und Wanderzielen, liegt dieses Ferienhaus im Stadtkern von Allersberg. Trotz seiner zentralen Lage ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig und lädt mit Whirlpool und Sauna perfekt zum entspannen ein. Die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft des Gastgebers waren besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend, und haben so unseren Aufenthalt zu einem besonderem Erlebnis gemacht. Ob mit 14 Freunden, oder einer befreundeten Familie, das Ferienhaus verspricht schöne Stunden des Zusammenseins und der Entspannung.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus - Perfekt für ein entspanntes Wochenende

Vorneweg: Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter war super entspannt und nett. Er ist gerne auch auf Extrawünsche eingegangen. Bei dem Haus gab es absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Es war alles sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool haben gut funktioniert und waren im Preis inbegriffen. Der große, gemütliche Vorraum der Sauna ist uns besonders positiv aufgefallen. Die Ausstattung der Küche hat uns überrascht, es gab weit mehr Kochutensilien etc, als wir erwartet hätten. Die Lage ist genial, direkt im Zentrum von Allersberg. Wenn man was einkaufen möchte, muss man nur ca 400m laufen (oder fahren). Da wir aus allen Himmelsrichtungen angereist sind, waren entsprechend viele Autos vor Ort. Es war kein Problem 5 auf der Einfahrt abzustellen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal kommen :)

Tolles Haus für ein Familientreffen oder Treffen unter Freunden

Sehr netter Hausbesitzer, Check-in und Check-out verlief reibungslos, er kam uns hinsichtlich der An- und Abreisezeit sehr entgegen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, mit Garten/Terasse zum Spielen, Grillen und Entspannen. Hierbei helfen Sauna und Whirlpool. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und alle wichtigen Ausstattungsgegenstände sind vorhanden. Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen sind vorhanden, sogar der Rothsee ist füssläufig (30min) erreichbar. Für weitere Aktivitäten in der Umgebung ist ein Auto von Vorteil.

Super Aufenthalt

Vorab: Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein anderes Haus bekommen, da hier unter anderem das Tor kaputt war und somit die Hunde nicht frei laufen konnten. Dies wurde bereits vorab von dem Gastgeber kommuniziert und angeboten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Der Gastgeber hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Alles im sehr gutem Zustand. Ein Tisch, an dem alle zusammen sitzen konnten, war auch vorhanden. An genügend Geschirr für alle (14 Personen), zwei Handtücher pro Person und zusätzliche Kuscheldecken auf den Betten wurde gedacht. Draußen gab es eine nette Terasse, auch grillen und abends draußen sitzen, war kein Problem. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und gerne wieder! :)

Gut, aber mit Bitte um mehr Transparenz + Sauberkeit

Wir waren am Wochenende mit 8 Erwachsenen, 5 Kindern und 2 Hunden im Haus und verbrachten dort trotz regnerischem Wetter ein schönes Wochenende. Das Haus ist in wirklich gutem Zustand, die Zimmer sind hell und nett eingerichtet, in den Betten konnten wir gut schlafen. Wir hätten uns mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht, also keine Haare in der Dusche oder Fett an der Dunstabzugshaube. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Er hat schnell reagiert und uns auch gerne mit Tipps zu Wanderrouten und Lokalitäten versorgt. Schade war, dass aus der Beschreibung im Vorfeld nicht hervorging, dass sowohl der Wellnessbereich als auch die Hunde extra kosten. Immerhin 40€ pro Hund - eine wirklich stolze Summe... und das, wo die Hunde laut Vermieter nicht in den 1. Stock gehen dürfen (was auch nicht in der Beschreibung genannt wird), weil dort in einem der Zimmer ein kleiner Teppich liegt ... Hier hätten wir uns mehr Transparenz gewünscht. Auch die Bezeichnung "2 Bäder" klingt größer als die Realität ist. So gibt es ein richtiges Bad im Haus, das andere ist ein Klo mit Dusche, also mit dementsprechend kleinem Handwaschbecken und kaum Bewegungsraum. Da das Haus an so viele Personen vermietet wird, hätte man beim Umbau vielleicht auf ein Schlafzimmer verzichten oder dieses verkleinern können und dafür ein ausreichend großes Bad einbauen können. Einen Duschvorleger gab es nicht, auch nur drei Spülmaschinentabs, dafür Duplo für die Kleinen, 2 Bobbycars, Spiele und Bücher. Über das frische Holzofenbrot, das wir zur Begrüßung bekamen, haben wir uns sehr gefreut! Der Garten und die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen sind sehr großzügig und schön, auch wenn wir sie aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen konnten. Die Umgebung ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert und das Essen beim Italiener "il fagiano" wirklich zu empfehlen.

Entspannte Auszeit in schöner Umgebung

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem schönen Haus und der Umgebung. Wir hatten viel Spaß am Pool und beim Grillen. Das Haus liegt zentral und ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Ein Bäcker, Restaurants und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben alles gefunden was wir benötigt haben. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben viele Tipps bekommen.
