Al ingresar al alojamiento nos encontramos implementos de limpieza demasiado sucios y en la puerta de la entrada . La fregona , el cepillo , el recogedor en la puerta de la entrada super sucios. Los utensilios de cocina sucios Tuvimos que dar una fianza de € que se suponía los devolverían al momento de abandonar el alojamiento y hasta 24 horas después de abandonar el hostal no responden Me comunique inicialmente con el señor Guillermo quien fue quien me pidió la fianza y q me dijo una vez abandonado el hostal nos lo devolvería y ahora ya ni el teléfono contesta . En este momento son las 13: 11 pm del día martes 14 de octubre , el alojamiento lo dejamos el día 11 de octubre o,sea ayer a las 10:30 am Dejando todo bien . Pero nadie responde al teléfono , ni para dar un parte de responsabilidad sobre mi fianza .
