Wonderful stay at Interfaith 21! Staff were very welcoming and kind. I received the room that was in the picture - and it was as pictured. Very clean and super comfortable (great bed!). Shared toilet and shower wasn't an issue. Future travelers should know that it is not sound proofed (no carpeting to absorb sounds) - you can hear footsteps and thumping occasionally. It wasn't a big issue for me though/didn't last long, and I slept soundly. I will definitely be back to this gem.

Outside the location is very busy. It has the energy of an apartment building and a hotel all at once! It can be a little off putting when you 1st arrive. However, the room was very nice. Very comfortable and the setup is adorable for a night or 2. If you arrive early, which I did because my flight was early, you can pay $60 in cash to check in early. The staff are behind glass, but are helpful. There is a ton of shopping nearby. I would suggest that the location invest in a better internet package. It took 2hrs to watch a 1hr movie with the spinning internet.

The best airbnb Ive stayed at in New York with the best price for our family of 6. The place was so clean, amenities looked brand new. It had a homey feel to it, my kids didnt want to leave. We will definently be booking again in the future.

Room was clean. Cleaning staff was exceptional and very nice. Front desk staff was available and pleasant. Hotel held our bags for a few hours until our room was ready on our first day. Disappointed with the concierge service. Only present on weekend.
