Instead of a small bottle of wine. Room upgrade is better

This property was fair. Rooms were clean and adequate. Our family stayed there in two rooms and met 4 other family members in the only space available to meet—an area with lots of empty tables and chairs outside the snack bar. (The lobby is very small and seating uncomfortable.) Not all of us could tolerate their mediocre coffee so some had coffee from an outside vender. Though there were lots of empty tables on a Fri. at 7:30am, the manager told us to move outside in the 39° weather. We weren’t bothering other guests since there were no others in there and had paid almost $5,000 for our rooms, we just wanted to visit with family. Even after we bought some coffee and croissants, we were told we were setting a bad example by having cups with a different brand. We would not return here due to the lack of friendly attitude to guests, lack of space and seating.

Room was spotless, staff ❤️ ❤️ them all, amenities 👌, our 4th visit during December with all the holiday festivities. Buffet breafast, 👨‍🍳 😗 , didnt look for any issues,there zero issues! Enjoyed lur stay!

The staff is terrific! The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable.
