Summary:

A dreamy mountain retreat near Allenspark, CO, Ute 1 is a dog-friendly rental just minutes from Estes Park and designed for family/friends eager for both comfort and adventure. This cozy cabin is the left half of a duplex, ensuring extra privacy with only one shared wall. Thoughtful touches include cable TV, mini fridge, tea kettle, and a Keurig for fresh coffee. Step outdoors to grill on the community BBQ and take in the refreshing mountain scenery. Rustic charm blended with convenience!



The Space:

Ute 1 at Pathways Ranch is the left sided unit of the cabin. A wall with a locking door separates you from Ute 2 (ask about booking both sides for your whole group!) Enjoy a nearby bar/restaurant called The Grill Guy. Winter trip? Eldora Ski resort is only 30 miles away! *Please note Ute 1 does not have hot tub access. *

The Property was beautiful, clean and exactly as it looks on VRBO. Very nice.Cons: only one set of towels for each of us for 3 nights.No phone reception. I wish I had known that ahead of time. My husband fell ill and we left a day early because of this. When you arrive at the address it says no trespassing at the road. Would have liked that to be in the instructions for check in.We were worried about entering.
