Wonderful cabin! Very clean and very friendly host, she went the extra mile to get us information about the National Parks. I would stay there again if I vacation in the area again
It was a great place to stay I loved sitting out on the patio drinking my coffee with my husband while watching beautiful hummingbirds flying and sitting in the trees around the cabin I also enjoyed watching all the small wildlife that was there .
This cabin was in a great location, and we enjoyed our stay here. The only disappointment was that the listing noted that this cabin had a Queen bed and a Twin bed, when the bed was only a full size and the Twin bed was a padded bench. This made things a bit tight for sleeping for two adults.

Minnehaha perfection
This sweet little cabin was the perfect place to reside while exploring RMNP. The coziest space, equipped with all the essentials. The winding drive from Lyons gave the best view of the mountains and the aspens. Looking forward to returning to Minnehaha!
Quiet, clean cabin. Only knock was there wasn’t a screen on the front window. We liked to open it for the cool mountain air. Opened it anyway and it was fine. A few bugs 😊. Host was great and it was perfect location outside of Estes Park if you want away from all the city stuff but short drive to RMNP!
I’ve stayed in a number of small remote cabins so I didn’t have super high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and location to Estes Park. It’s a very cute and comfortable place to sleep if you are planning to be out and active all day
Beautiful small town location and very close to all the trails and hiking we wanted to cover in the area. We had difficulty locating the place because the address given doesn’t take you to its exact location; however we found Wi-Fi at the gallery in the parking lot and the owner was able to quickly provide us a map. The shower was not very hot ; so we took quick showers. We were happy with our accommodations and this place met our expectations for the size and price.
This cabin was perfect for our 3 night stay.
We had a minor issue with the door and the property manager fixed it immediately. Would highly recommend this property.
No A/C but fan was appreciated, bed was comfortable, step coming down from kitchen to bedroom was an issue in the middle of the night, water was either boiling hot or super cold. It met our expectations and was a nice distance from RMNP.

Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Cabin was cute and quiet, although the pictures didn’t show how close it was to other houses/cabins. There was no cell service in the area, and we didn’t get the parking instructions sent to us until the second day. It was a bit of a hassle to figure it out in the late afternoon. The property was good, we were in the travel path of a gang of turkeys! It could have been a little cleaner upon our arrival (dirty dishes that were put away with “clean dishes”, stains on the quilt on the bed). Overall we had a great time! We would come back.

Affordable stay close to Rocky Mountain National Park
This is an old cabin in the backyard of another property with other houses on all sides. This property is managed by Evolve, who said we would receive check-in instructions from the property contact, who is apparently the owner who lives next door. The instructions never came and there is zero phone service in that area, so we had trouble finding the property and checking in. Fortunately, we had help from a nearby bed and breakfast owner. We learned after arriving that the water heater is small and you have to take quick showers if you want them to be hot. I wasn’t quick enough the first time! We started turning off the water while lathering, but it was hard to get the water tempered. We also had an issue with the flies as soon as we got there. The door did not seal well enough to keep them out and the window screen was either broken or wasn’t installed properly. I killed a half dozen and there were dozens more dead on glue traps on the windows. The cabin could use some TLC. The shower needs a thorough scrubbing or replacement. We were there for the hiking and not to hang out at the cabin, so it met our needs. The proximity to RMNP was great and the bed was comfortable. The owner was nice and I had no issues with them. I just think you should know what you’re getting before reserving, especially with the shower.
