"Really great stay at your hotel. The only drawback was having to stay in a smaller room on the first night as our booked room was given to someone else as we arrived really late. The staff were very helpful and made up for this by offering us vouchers and use of their spa room and infinity pool. Metro stop right next to hotel was excellent too. Breakfast was fabulous too with so much choice."

"Upon check in, the check in system was down so I was waiting around for an hour with no idea when the system would be fixed. This was very dissapointing however they took my concerns seriously and offered a free breakfast the next day as a compensation. Other than this, there were no issues. Compact room was clean and had a nice shower, had the bare essentials (no kettle, no fridge but had a hairdryer) I believe these extras could be borrowed from reception though."
