The place is kinda hard to find as there is not enough signs, and you can't see the hotel from the street (had to go thru a narrow st leading up to the hotel). Staffs are all very nice and attentive. "We stay here frequently... this is a great location close to Burnham Park and the Orchidarium. The Premier double room has a wonderful city view. I accidentally booked our room for the wrong date, but the front desk kindly fixed the error. My only real complaint is that you cannot use a debit or credit card at the front desk; those transactions must be paid online."

"The kids enjoyed the pool and meryenda buffet. The wifi is fast. The place is very peaceful. We loved the foods in the restaurant and cafe, very affordable.The bathroom is superb. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. Only one thing, for the price which is close to hotel prices inside Camp John Hay, I hope someone will help us with our bags as well."

"I thought the picture of the room will be different in person but it wasn't! I am surprised to be met with a good view of some pine trees in the large window pane. If not for the purpose of my trip, I would have stayed in the sofa all day just staring out the window. The breakfast is okay. Buffet style with enough choices. I enjoyed the adobo and rice. Hope may champorado next time. "
