"Very much a top luxury Hotel with priced accordingly. Staff and service excellent. Spa great for relaxing with Bar service and stunning views. Rooms luxurious and views either side of the Hotel stunning. The Hotel set on the beautiful Strba Tarn against a backdrop of stunning mountains. Great walks / hiking trails very worthwhile but note they are long and quite hard to hike (proper footwear essential). Highly recommended Hotel. Thank you for our stay."

"This hotel /rooms needs maintenance improvements ASAP. In our first 24 hour , we had to change 3 times room. Reasons: no A/C in room and bad smell. Even in our 3rd room there was no water pressure in the shower. A/C was not working properly too. Workers were very nice. "

However, we were allocated one of the top floor rooms, with a pitched roof and this proved to be a challenge for my son and husband, who are both over 6ft tall. We couldn’t relax on the sofa as we had a slope behind our head, the men couldn’t take a bath or a shower as there wasn’t any head room and getting in and out of bed resulted in banging our heads. Perhaps the hotel could look at ways to remodel the rooms, so that instead of tucking...

"Very conveniently located apartment, about 15 mins walk from Krupowski street. Apartment was modern, warm and comfortable. The host was very easy to contact when we needed to. Wi-Fi service was very patchy and didn’t work on the TVs. Below apartment is a supermarket, and bus/train station is right next-door. Overall very good stay, just needs better WiFi!"

"The apartment was very clean and spacious with 2 x double rooms and a sofa bed. There was a couple of little wear and tear items but the manager sorted this out promptly. There is offsite parking (about a 5 min walk way) in a small yard so if you have a large vehicle it may be a little tight. Overall top marks!"

"Stayed at Górski Pałacyk for few nights four adults and two teenagers. We had a great time. Property complex features few multistory houses with comfy apartments. We loved proximity to all attractions. Breakfast was delicious, large selection of food with menu change daily. Breakfast are served in a room with stunning view on Tatra Mountains. There is also jacuzzi and sauna which we used. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well equipped. "
