"AC was excellent. Shower was good. Cleanliness bad (dirty floors, hair on bathroom & shower walls. The worst part was that I had to put up with a woman yelling and cursing at her 4 or five kids in the adjoining room CONSTANTLY, for 2 days and 3 nights. When I complained about that to the front desk, they promised they'd talk to her. I know they did, but nothing changed. They told me if nothing changed, they'd move ME! So their solution was to inconvenience me more, and then who knows what the next room would bring. I wanted to give that woman a piece of my mind, but, instead, I anonymously sent her and her kids a pizza because I overheard their need for food. I know she had her hands full, but I rented the room for peace and got the opposite. The pizza quieted things down, but only for a couple of hours. It was horrible, even in the middle of the night. Yes, I blame the staff. Oh yeah, the room has a strange smell, too. But the killer was the woman and her kids. Screaming at them, telling them they are stupid and threatening to take them back to their father. I wanted to call the police. That's partly why I sent a pizza (instead)."

"The hotel is in a great location. We ended up in an ada room, which was okay, but it didn't have the extra sink we'd expected (it was also an adjoining room, and the door was where the extra counter/sink/cupboards would have been). Also didn't have the comfy chair or the bench we set our luggage on. I understand how floor space is needed for wheelchairs, but I think the bench would have been helpful to someone in a wheelchair. Breakfast has enough choices, I think, for everyone to find something to eat. Buffet and dining room are both well kept and well stocked. We always love seeing Adrian! We got two rooms this time and staff were very efficient and helpful getting us close together. Our grandkids usually come our last day to swim, as it's well maintained, and nice and warm even in the winter (since it's indoors). A/C worked great, so we were comfortable in the room. All in all, we had no glitches and an great time visiting family. We'll definitely be back again!"

"the property was good but my stat was not i checked in friday i left to go out on saturday i came back and was locked out my room just to be told i was a no show, i felt so embarrassed being told that infront of customers, how was i a no when i checked in and stayed friday i dont understand."

"Was much more than I expected. Very clean. Loved all the drawers for my clothes and the drawer in the washroom. The breakfast was simple but very good. No the usual continental breakfast. Will definitely use again. "

"Location is fantastic and the host is responsive, even arranged an early check in at the last minute. The house itself is a gem; great neighborhood and space within. However, I had to give a low rating for two reasons: Cleanliness issues and the generally run down condition/deferred maintenance inside. A thorough deep clean is needed, including carpets/unholstery,as well as appliances. Replace the missing flooring and cracked tiles in the hall bath! Get some drapery panels that cover the entire sliding door in the primary bedroom...no privacy! Treat the shower mold! The trash bins were overflowing from previous guests. The list goes on. I communicated with the owner, (who uses a management company, Evolve) and sent some pictures. She is not local, so I assume she has not been aware of the deterioration of the property, but responsive to the cleanliness issues I identified. Could be the management company is not doing its job. This could be a 5 star home with some TLC and a refresh!"
