Escape at Nonsuch Bay Antigua - All Inclusive - Adults Only

8/10 Good
"9/10 ⭐️ Beautiful, peaceful, secluded resort with amazing staff! We had a wonderful time on our honeymoon at Escape at Nonsuch Bay! The staff was amazing. The concierge, restaurant, housekeeping, and transportation teams all went above and beyond. We loved having our own private pool and giant soaking tub in our suite. You also have access to the resort’s private, secluded beach, just a five-minute free shuttle ride away. It has a small bar with light food, and drinks both complimentary. A major plus! All the food was fresh and tasty, but some options felt basic for an all-inclusive resort. We would have liked more elevated choices and Caribbean dishes. Some premium options, such as steak and lobster required an additional fee. Some weekend group activities would have been appreciated . The atmosphere is geared toward couples and relaxation, with more of a “stay to yourself” feel, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Because of the resort’s remote location, exploring other beaches and parts of Antigua requires a taxi or rental car, so transportation costs can add up. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Escape at Nonsuch Bay. The beautiful property, private beach, private pools, and wonderful staff made our stay unforgettable . We’ll definitely be back! 🌴❤️ Note: Getting around the resort requires walking up/down short hills and steps. We enjoyed the daily walks, but this could be challenging for some guests."

Galley Bay Resort & Spa - All inclusive

8/10 Good
"Galley bay is a place that when you get there, it exceeds the pictures! It was absolutely beautiful. Most of the main staff was extremely helpful, the only small issue we had was the staff that tended the bars were sometimes very snobby and made it feel like we were bothering them when we asked for drinks. Other than that it was paradise!"

Hawksbill Resort Antigua

Hawksbill Resort Antigua

8/10 Good
"Vintage type property which doesn’t take away from the elegance, however foul smells are present when walking to and from rooms, water pressure in bathroom is good and hot, soaps are good towels are ages and have been in use for a while. WiFi on the property is excellent, barely any dead zones. Food is ok, wide enough variety however the flies and birds can get annoying while enjoying your meal and it is open air seating so it gets hot. Shops aren’t very close but a taxi can get you to and from the town quickly. Not many activities on the resort and it’s more laid back and quiet if that’s what you like, I was fine with relaxing. Mini fridge was always stocked and included with stay. Not all rooms have a tv so plan accordingly. Beds are comfortable and the views are amassing, it is a hilly resort so a lot of ramps and stairs to get from the rooms to the front desk and to the buffet. Overall the property is good, it needs renovations in the restrooms available to the public, more water stations outside of the buffet would be good, I didn’t tour the entire property so not sure if there were, staff is very pleasant and accommodating. I would stay again with the knowledge I have now, also it rains every other hour it seems so have an umbrella handy, also an insulated water bottle would be helpful with plenty of sunscreen. Drinks from the bar are good, there’s enough wine to knock you out with every meal."

Pineapple Beach Club Antigua - Adults Only – All Inclusive

Pineapple Beach Club Antigua - Adults Only – All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent
"We had such a wonderful time at the Pineapple Club! Fortunately we happened to be there during their low tourist season, right before hurricane season. Which we though was great since the resort was never overly crowded at the pool, beach or restaurant. During the evening the vibes was more lowkey and calm which we also didnt mind but it did get more fun once more people started showing up during the end of our stay. The food was good as well for resort food as well as drinks. We also really enjoyed the small 24/7 coffee shop at the resort made a great blended matcha latte! We also had the pleasure of meeting Trisha at the coffee shop. She's a wonderful , funny welcoming worker/server. Also a shout out to Rho Rho and Anne-marie that are the event coordinator that absolutely go out of their way to make the evenings fun and that everyone feels include! As well as the cooks at the stations always working so hard with smiles on their faces. Pretty much all the staff at Pineapple. We also rented a car for our stay in Antigua since the resort is a little far from the main town and the resort doesn't not have a shuttle everyday to go to town. Free parking! The only thing that bothered me was that the rooms as well as the gym had a musty smell(mine 135 also had a slight cigarette smell as well), but I understand since the weather might be at fault but a little bit more maintenance can be done for that. Overall I would highly reccomend people stay at the Pineapple!"

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in All Saints?
The best area to stay in All Saints, Saint John, is typically around the coastal regions, particularly near English Harbour or Jolly Harbour, as these offer the most convenient access to amenities and activities.English Harbour, located on the southern coast, is known for its historic Nelson's Dockyard, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This area is rich in history and offers a beautiful setting with superyachts often docked in the harbour. You'll find a selection of high-end restaurants, boutique shops, and bars located amongst the historic buildings. It's a great spot for those who appreciate a blend of history and upscale leisure. For couples, English Harbour provides a romantic backdrop with its picturesque views, historic charm, and opportunities for fine dining. You can enjoy strolls through the dockyard, visit Shirley Heights for panoramic views, or simply relax by the water.Jolly Harbour, on the west coast, is a purpose-built resort community. It features a marina, a golf course, and a commercial centre with a supermarket, restaurants, and shops. The area has a more modern feel and offers a wide range of accommodation, from villas to apartments, many with direct access to the water.Families often find Jolly Harbour particularly suitable due to its self-contained nature and variety of activities. The calm waters of the harbour are ideal for swimming and watersports, and the presence of a supermarket makes self-catering convenient.
When is the best time to go to All Saints?
The best time to visit All Saints, Antigua and Barbuda, is during the dry season, which runs from mid-December to May.During these months, you can expect plenty of sunshine, lower humidity, and very little rainfall, making it ideal for enjoying the island's many beaches and outdoor activities. The temperatures are consistently warm, typically ranging from 25°C to 30°C (77°F to 86°F), with pleasant ocean breezes. This period is great for travellers looking for a relaxing beach holiday or those who enjoy sailing and water sports. The peak of the tourist season is from January to March, so if you prefer fewer crowds and potentially better deals on accommodation, consider visiting in late April or May. The weather remains excellent, and you'll still have a wonderful experience without the busiest period's bustle. This shoulder season is particularly good for couples seeking a more tranquil escape.Conversely, the wet season, from June to November, brings higher humidity, more frequent rain showers (though often brief), and the possibility of tropical storms or hurricanes, especially from August to October.
