Description indicated a shared kitchen, which was false and we could not cook as we had planned, so this was very disappointing, but we were allowed to use the pool for a while, which was great. "The breakfast buffet was disappointing. The scrambled eggs were cold, limited breakfast choices, little fresh fruit mostly canned. For some reason an attendant positioned behind a food table handled selections for smoked salmon, cheeses, pastries, etc. Why? To control the portions? Thinking the guests would take too much? The walls in the room are thin. I would hear someone next door removing clothing from hangers in the closet."

"This is a beautiful property located steps from all the attractions in Verona. Milena at the front desk is so lovely and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do in and around the city. Our room was elegant and spacious with everything we needed. A very comfortable bed and a great shower were much appreciated. Breakfast is offered in the morning for a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay here very much and we can highly recommend this hotel."
